Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Associate on a 2-year contract to support surgical and endoscopy services. You will coordinate theatre and clinic lists, confirm appointments, and provide patient information and counselling to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment, with flexibility to work across clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• At least A Levels or Diploma completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a hospital setting and across clinics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre Lists efficiently.
• Make reminder calls and confirm procedural appointments for all surgical areas.
• Schedule daily procedures in a timely, organized manner.
• Provide financial counselling & bowel preparation instructions for Direct Access Patients.
• Provide adequate information to patients about scheduled operations.
• Assist with enquiries and provide solutions for patients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain readiness of Surgical Call Centres during downtime policies.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and support daily tasks as directed.
• Support supervisor in daily tasks and streamline work processes.
