Job summary

PeopleSolve in Singapore seeks a Patient Service Associate (Endoscopy Centre) to ensure Procedural Area Readiness and support the patient journey from registration to discharge. You will handle appointments, cashiering, enquiries, and insurance billing, providing clear pre/post-procedure information.

Ideal candidates have A Levels or Diploma, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment. Shift flexibility is required to cover clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible with shift work as required.
• Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Procedural Area Readiness.
• Assist with smooth patient journey including registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and enquiries.
• Ensure patients Insurance providers are maintained and bills are accurate.
• Follow-up with pre/post scope/operation administrative duties. E.g. Ensure patient receives accurate and timely pre/post-procedure information.
• Attend to appointment requests, emails and phone enquiries.
• To provide financial counselling to patient on the fees for consult, investigations, procedures and medication where applicable.
• To provide value added service as developed e.g. Phlebotomy, Therapy Aid, Basic ADL assistance.
• To lead / train junior staff in value-added services.
• Participate in quality improvement project and assume other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader and/or service executives.
