Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an Assistant Manager, Surgical & Specialist Services in Singapore to lead service point operations, including front counter services and patient flow, while partnering with Nurse Manager and stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in any Healthcare-related discipline.
• 2 years of experience managing frontline staff.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in related roles welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage service point operations including front counter services and daily administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and stakeholders to solve system and process problems.
• Ensure patient experience is positive across the continuum of care.
• Maintain patient safety and friendly facilities.
• Work with department managers to achieve customer satisfaction targets and financial goals.
• Develop and implement innovative services to improve service levels.
• Recruit, onboard and retain a skilled workforce and conduct appraisals for non-nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management and participate in committees as assigned.
