Job summary

SINGAPORE GENERAL HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a Patient Service Associate to deliver front-line patient services, including registration and appointment scheduling, while handling patient payments and providing clerical support to the department.

You will assist nursing and clinical staff with patient-related activities and may be deployed in pandemic roles as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Levels, preferably with Certificate in Office Skills.
• Diploma holders may be considered for the Patient Service Associate Executive position.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong passion to serve the patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line services including registration and scheduling appointments.
• Collect payments from patients and assist with clerical tasks.
• Support nursing and clinical staff with patient-related activities.
• Be deployed in pandemic roles as required.
