Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our healthcare support team in Singapore. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals while handling payments and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

The position is a 1-year contract with a 44-hour work week, including weekend rosters. You may be required to start as early as 7am on certain days and work at multiple clinic locations across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a computer for patient registration, scheduling, and payments.
• Must be able to start early on certain days (7am/7:30am/8am) as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station and assist with height/weight and blood pressure measurements as rostered
