Job summary

SGP Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Patient Service Officer to deliver exceptional patient care and keep clinics running smoothly in Singapore, with close collaboration with doctors. The role emphasizes Mandarin-speaking patients, appointment management, and inventory control.

You will coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, while providing excellent service and facilitating treatment processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Experience in operations, clinic admin, hospitality, or customer service.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Support check-in, queue management and daily clinic workflow.
• Assist with pre-treatment admin, patient profiling and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed; support other admin duties.
