Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our Laboratory and Radiography teams. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registrations, appointments, and walk-ins, while delivering courteous service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will manage telephone inquiries, assist in cashier duties, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• NITEC with 2–3 years in healthcare or service industry.
• Positive thinker with a pleasant disposition and strong customer service.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients when needed.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computing knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at laboratory and radiography clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in patients.
• Answer incoming calls and handle cashier duties.
• Perform general administration tasks.
