Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the counter services.
• Attends to patients' enquiries, provides directions and clarifications.
• Assists in check-in and billing of patients.
• Assists with doctors' requests relating to patient management.
• Ensures that patients' documents are scanned and filed securely.
• Provides financial counselling to selected patients.
• Maintains stock at cashier counter and stationeries.
• Monitors clinic queue and waiting times; assists with service recovery.
• Assists in clinic surveys with PR department.
