Job summary

NHG Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Service Associate for mobile duties across our laboratory and radiography teams. You will greet patients, manage registration and appointments, answer queries, handle billing, and perform general administrative tasks.

Candidates should have a Diploma or equivalent, strong communication, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel and work weekends when required. Training will be provided to operate our systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (Higher/Nitec or GCE A/O/N level).
• Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
• Positive mindset and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and/or Radiography sections.

Job responsibilities

Reporting to the Laboratory/Radiographer In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and/or Radiography sections.You will be responsible for the reception of patients at NHG Diagnostics centres and/or the mobile fleets. You will also support other patient service functions including registration of patients, appointment scheduling, handling of queries, billing & payment collection and general administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher / Nitec qualification or GCE A/O/N level
• Experience in customer service / healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Positive thinker and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate and willing to learn
