Job description

Location: Orchard

Mondays - Fridays: 9am - 5pm

Saturdays: 9am - 1pm

Salary: $2500 - $2700 (contract to perm)

Responsibilities

• Appointment bookings
• Financial administration
• General administrative functions
• Handling of enquiries
• Management of patients’ records
• Processing of claims
• Public events
• Replenish inventories
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred
• Service oriented and patient focused
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays
• Able to commit long term
• Do take note this is a fertility clinic, have to be comfortable to touch on topics related to fertility when educating patients
