Job description
The Job

You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients. Your role will involve registration and scheduling appointments for patients and collecting payments from patients. You will also assist nursing and clinical staff with patient‑related activities such as room assisting and provide clerical support to the department. You will also be trained to perform oral, mid‑turbinate or nasopharyngeal swabs and collect the specimens for testing when deployed in pandemic roles as and when required.

Job Requirements
  • GCE 'O' or GCE 'N' Levels, preferably with Certificate in Office Skills
  • Diploma holders may be considered for the Senior Patient Service Associate position
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong passion to serve the patients
  • Willing to be attired in PPE (personal protective equipment) and be mask‑fitted
  • Willing to undergo rostered routine testing (RRT) swab when required
