Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is hiring for a Visitor Services role on-site at HealthCity Novena Campus. You will assist visitors, explain visiting policies, and guide them through self-registration at kiosks or counters.

You will also handle enquiries and complaints, including escalation and entry denial after visiting hours, and provide wayfinding support to patients and the public across the campus.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher or a Diploma in Service Skills.
• Service-oriented with a passion to serve.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work staggered shifts from 7:45am to 9:00pm, including weekends and public holidays. 5 days work week.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors proactively and guide them through the self-help registration process at kiosks or counters.
• Explain visiting policies and assist with enquiries, including escalation and entry denial after visiting hours.
• Attend to wayfinding and general enquiries from the public and patients on the HealthCity Novena Campus.
• Provide assistance to patients at various main entrances when required.

Challenge

You will be required to engage with our visitors proactively and faciltate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters.

You will also be required to attend to visitors' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours.

In addition, you will need to attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus. At times, you may also be required to provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances.

Requirement

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Service Skills
• Service-oriented with a passion to serve
• Proficient in computer applications (e.g. "MS Office Applications")
• Comfortable to perform staggering shift (between 7.45am and 9.00pm), including weekends and Public Holiday. 5 days work week.
• 1 year customer service experience in fast paced work environment preferred
