Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess N' or O' Level, NITEC or Diploma Certificate.
• Preferably 1 year experience as a Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant or in healthcare service roles.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient and caregiver enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Manage patient feedback and escalate complex cases to the supervisor when needed.
• Carry out patient registration and verification, safeguarding confidentiality.
• Process payments and billing accurately, aiming for same-day completion.
• Maintain readiness of clinic facilities, waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Ensure smooth operations and readiness for first patient ahead of scheduled times.
• Assist medical and allied health professionals during consultations to enable clinic flow.
• Coordinate and schedule first-visit and follow-up appointments based on clinical needs.
• Manage patient waiting times and provide timely updates.
• Monitor and clear system work queues within the same day.
• Be prepared to rotate across clinics or service points when needed.
• Guide patients on the use of digital tools such as kiosks and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:
