Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a service-oriented Information Officer to provide quality one-stop information service for the hospital, handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.

You will join a team in a fast-paced environment, requiring good interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• GCE N/ O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience or NITEC in Service Skills preferably.
• Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry advantageous.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays.
