Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Patient Information Associate to welcome patients, visitors, and the public at HealthCity Novena Campus. You will be the frontline contact, guiding guests to wards, assisting with self‑registration, and answering general inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service, or retail a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT-savvy and proficient in common computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and members of the public.
• Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus.
• Assist patients and visitors with self-registration kiosks or counter services.
• Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly, and professionally.
• Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non-visiting hours.
• Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed and helpful presence—even during busy periods.

Your Role & Impact
