ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore’s West seeks a Patient Service Associate to join a leading academic health system known for excellence in healthcare, research and education.

This 5.5-day, office-hours role focuses on compassionate patient support, registration, payments and assisting clinicians to ensure smooth clinic operations. You may rotate across clinics and guide patients on kiosks and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• N’ or O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma required.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in patient service or healthcare roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to patient and caregiver enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to standards and protocols to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Register and verify patients, maintaining confidentiality.
• Process payments and billing accurately for same-day completion.
• Prepare clinic facilities and waiting areas for patients.
• Assist clinicians during consultations and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Manage patient wait times and provide timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Support:

• Respond promptly to patient and caregiver enquiries, demonstrating empathy and service professionalism.
• Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure a safe and consistent care environment.
• Manage patient feedback constructively and escal ...
• Carry out patient registration and verification accurately, safeguarding confidentiality at all times.
• Process payments and billing with precision, ensuring timely completion within the same day.
• Maintain readiness of all clinic facilities, including waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Ensure smooth operations and prepared to receive the first patient ahead of scheduled appointment times.

Clinical Support:

• Assist medical and allied health professionals during consultations to enable smooth clinic flow.
• Coordinate and schedule first-visit and follow-up appointments based on clinical needs.
• Manage patient waiting times and provide timely updates to keep patients informed.
• Monitor and clear system work queues within the same working day.
• Be prepared to assist or rotate across different clinics or service points when needed.
• Guide patients on the use of digital tools such as kiosks and mobile applications.

Key Requirements:

• Possess N’ or O’ Level , NITEC or Diploma Certificate
• Preferably 1 year experience as a Patient Service Associate or in service roles within healthcare settings
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
