Responsibilities

• Prompt resolution and closure of service-related feedback guided by performance indicators.
• Facilitate hospital-wide initiatives and projects to improve service excellence and culture.
• Conduct surveys, organise programmes and events, and plan focus group discussions.
• Create and populate data dashboards of feedback indicators to track satisfaction and inform decisions.
