Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or service quality, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage feedback and enhance patient experience following new national systems.
• Create and populate data dashboards to track service satisfaction and trends.
• Conduct surveys, organise programmes and events, and plan focus group discussions.
• Coordinate hospital-wide initiatives to improve service excellence and promote service culture.
