Job summary

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient queries and help navigate the healthcare system.
• Provide wheelchair assistance to patients as needed.
• Observe fall risk patients, issue facemasks and measure temperatures for flu/fever cases.
• Promote and educate patients on Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
• Assist patients with way-finding and general enquiries.
