Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to support frontline clinics in Singapore. You will guide patients through registration, scheduling, payments, and wayfinding, ensuring a smooth visit.

You will also assist doctors and patients during consultations, perform basic assessments such as fall risk, height and weight, and blood pressure measurements, contributing to efficient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Clinic Practice/Healthcare Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
• Second language ability is advantageous for liaising with non-English speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline duties at clinics, guiding patients through online and onsite registration, appointment scheduling and payment matters.
• Assist patients in wayfinding to designated service locations.
• Assist doctors and patients during consultation.
• Conduct basic patient assessments including fall risk questionnaires, height/weight measurements, and blood pressure taking.
