Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking frontline patient assistants to support visitors in our healthcare facility. You will respond to queries, help patients navigate the system, and provide wheelchair assistance as needed.

Role includes observing fall risks, issuing facemasks, taking temperatures for flu/fever cases, and promoting Self-Service Kiosk and mobile apps. Training provided; no experience required.

This entry-level, on-site position offers SGD 13 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any courses.
• No exp needed, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient's queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
• Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
• Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
• Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
• Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
