Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support healthcare programmes, manage patient documents, and ensure timely submissions. The role requires a NITEC or Diploma, healthcare or customer service experience, and PSA/clinic exposure is highly preferred.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, update patient records, follow SOPs, and contribute to audits while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma in relevant fields.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred
• Patient Service Associate (PSA) / Clinic experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised patient case management and ensure patients submit required documentation on time
• Conduct scheduled outbound calls and manage inbound calls from enrolled patients
• Respond to patients' enquiries and FAQs
• Accurately update and maintain patient information in the Patient Care Management System
• Ensure patient care programmes follow established SOPs, service levels and quality standards
• Handle patient information with strict confidentiality
• Provide appropriate health guidance based on established medical best practices and protocols
• Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) disclosed or observed during patient interactions
• Prepare periodic programme reports and support audit and compliance activities
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations / Programme Manager
