Job summary

NATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE OF SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a patient services assistant to maintain service excellence for patients, caregivers and colleagues. The role supports clinic operations, including front-desk duties and session handovers.

You will assist doctors, provide translation support when needed, handle inquiries across face-to-face, phone and email, and guide patients through appointments and payments online.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple inquiries in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain high standard of service excellence to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Prepare clinic for daily operations and hand over at end of session.
• Assist doctors and act as chaperone during in-clinic and teleconsultations, with translation support when needed.
• Follow up on administrative tasks after sessions, including managing appointments and online payments.
• Handle counter duties for accurate registration and billing.
• Attend to patient enquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Provide financial counselling with knowledge of schemes available to patients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
