Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a professional to manage feedback and enhance patient experience following new national systems implementation in a hospital setting. You will ensure prompt resolution and closure of service-related feedback, guided by service performance indicators.

Additionally, you will assist in creating and populating data dashboards to track satisfaction, trends and patterns, presenting insights to hospital committees to inform strategic decisions and drive service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a business-related discipline.
