Job summary

MINMED GROUP PTE. LTD is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care at our screening centres in Singapore. You will greet participants, handle enquiries and schedule appointments while supporting basic clinical procedures and accurate MOH-compliant records.

The role emphasizes a service-oriented posture, strong communication, and the ability to work in a healthcare environment. Previous healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous.
• Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening.
• Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner.
• Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements.
• Keep proper clinical records in line with MOH requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned.
