MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites qualified candidates for the role of Patient Service Associate / Clinic Customer Service in Singapore. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include assisting visitors, educating patients on mobile apps, coordinating programmes with vendors, and handling registrations, appointments, and billing. Training is provided and there are opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist & attend to visitors enquires.
• Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives to promote self-care.
• Facilitating and planning for programmes, liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.
• Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
• Provide administrative support as and when required.
• Frontline operation, assists patient registration, bookings of appointments & billing duties.
