Minmed Group is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional patient-facing service at Minmed Screening Centres. You will welcome participants, manage inquiries and appointments, and assist with basic clinical checks such as ECG and biometric measurements.

Qualifications

• Diploma education required.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous.
• Hospitality background is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer and service-oriented posture.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening.
• Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner.
• Assist with clinical procedures such as ECG and biometric measurements.
• Keep proper clinical records in line with MOH requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned.
