Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support patient care and front-desk administration at SingHealth Polyclinics. You will greet patients, manage registrations, handle inquiries, and assist with referrals and payments, following rosters planned by supervisors.

Work hours include on weekdays with a 44-hour work week and one Saturday per week, organised to cover early morning shifts at Health Monitoring stations and roving rosters as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
