Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Temp Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant in Singapore to join our healthcare team. The role involves registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments and enquiries, coordinating referrals and delivering strong customer service.

You will support health screening stations such as height, weight and blood pressure checks, matching rostered early start times.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A Levels, NITEC or Diploma.
• Able to start work as early as 7am based on roster.
• Healthcare experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments
• Handle payments and patient enquiries
• Coordinate specialist referrals
• Manage patient concerns and provide customer service
• Support health monitoring stations, including height, weight and blood pressure taking
