Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applicants for a front desk/clinic assistant role in Singapore. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referral consultations while handling payments and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

You will also manage patient concerns, escalate when needed, and help maintain a high level of customer service. The position includes work at Health monitoring stations, taking height, weight, and blood pressure

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointment.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster and assist with taking height/weight and blood pressure.
