📍 Location: Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie, 37A Neil Road
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (5-day work week, max 44 hours)
🇸🇬 Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs only

Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie is a modern dessert boutique known for our Japanese-style ice cream parfaits, handcrafted gelato, artisanal pastry elements, and tea-based mocktails and cocktails. We are dedicated to creating thoughtful flavour experiences that bring big smiles to our guests — every single day.

We are looking for a passionate full-time pastry cook/chef to join our small but mighty team. If you love creating desserts that make people happy and want a place to grow your craft in a supportive, creative environment — we’d love to meet you.

🌈 Your Role
  • Work closely with the chef-owner on daily production, preparation, and plating of pastries, gelato components, and parfait elements.
  • Assist in ice cream and gelato preparation, basic sauces, compotes, garnishes, and baked components.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure proper upkeep of all tools and equipment.
  • Execute tasks independently with consistency, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Complete prep and assigned tasks efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
  • Foster strong teamwork and communication with fellow team members.
  • Support stock receiving, inventory checks, and storage organisation.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas to new menu development and creative R&D.
  • Work a 5-day week, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as part of the regular schedule.

  • Valid Food Safety Level 1 Certification (required by SFA).
