Responsabilidades

• Follow directives from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to execute tasks.
• Attend trainings and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all culinary work areas and equipment.
• Report maintenance defects to culinary management using proper procedures.
