Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of bread & pastry production and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items with costs and consistent quality.
• Proper handling and storage of all food items per standards and sanitation/health regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
