We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth HR operations, supporting our employees, and ensuring compliance across all administrative, staffing, and training functions. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:
1. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Draft and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: candidate screening, interview scheduling with hiring managers, and follow-up until the final decision.
- Manage school relations and internship programs.
2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Draft employment offers and contracts.
- Oversee the complete integration process, including working permits (if needed), medical pre‑checks, and account creation in company systems (IT, HRIS, Payroll).
- Conduct Day 1 orientation, covering Safety, Code of Conduct, and distributing welcome kits.
- Monitor and follow up with new hires during the probation period.
3. Workforce Administration & Compliance
- Manage temporary contract and work permit renewals.
- Ensure timely updates of employee records (newcomers, leavers, personal situation changes, organizational changes).
- Consolidate and report monthly HR metrics.
- Manage employee terminations and follow all relevant procedures.
- Optimize and manage employee benefits (life & health insurance, other perks).
- Draft and maintain the employee handbook.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Prepare and upload variable payroll data.
- Review the preliminary payroll draft and analyze any variances.
- Track and manage leave balances, sick leaves, and absenteeism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries.
5. Training & Development
- Follow up on training requirements identified during the annual review process.
- Liaise with external training providers or certification bodies as needed.
- Manage and track training expenses, including governmental subsidiaries.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling efficient communication with all levels of the organization.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite is a must.

Schedule Arrangement
We offer a flexible part‑time arrangement. Candidates can choose between:
- Option 1: 2.5 to 3 days per week (flexible scheduling)
- Option 2 (Preferred): 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
