Job summary

A leading construction organization is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Executive in Singapore. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining cash records. Candidates should possess a Professional Certificate in Finance or Accountancy and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This position requires on-site work of 2-3 days per week, offering a salary package of up to $1,800.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to two to three full days of on-site work each week.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR: process invoices, payments, billing, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
• Handle payroll: prepare payslips and update payroll records.
• Prepare tax schedules and support timely, accurate filings.
• Liaise with auditors and banks; compile required documents.
• Maintain organized filing and accounting documentation.
• Support month-end close and full set of accounts reporting.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
