Job summary

A leading international law firm in Singapore is seeking a Paralegal for its Litigation and Restructuring team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support, prepare legal documents, conduct research, and manage client invoicing. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Law or a related field and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is needed, alongside strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded legal and administrative support to the disputes and restructuring team.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, compile bundles.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • File opening, prepare engagement letters and legal papers.
  • Conduct conflict and KYC searches, attend to KYC-related correspondences.
  • Monitor deadlines, ensure efficient file and database management.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly client invoices.
  • Any other legal support as assigned.
