As the Pantry Cum Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service at the front desk while also managing the pantry area to ensure smooth daily operations. This role combines customer service and basic pantry management, requiring attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the reception desk, answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing general office information.
  • Ensure that the pantry is stocked with necessary items (e.g., snacks, beverages, utensils, etc.) and maintain cleanliness and order within the pantry area.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) to staff and visitors as required.
  • Ensure that pantry equipment is well-maintained and functional, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the replenishment of pantry supplies (e.g., coffee, tea, milk, snacks).
  • Handle office mail and packages, ensuring they are distributed promptly to the correct departments or individuals.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging office supplies, and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and pantry area, including tidying up and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  • Assist in managing guest queries and requests efficiently, offering solutions where necessary.
  • Provide basic administrative support to other departments as required.
