• Expertly prepare walls and various exterior surfaces (including work from elevated platforms/gondolas) for painting.
• Skillfully mix and apply various paint types.

• Strictly adhere to all mandated safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Maintain continuous, clear communication with Supervisors, providing timely updates on work status (start, progress, completion).
• Participate in early morning site meetings as required for coordination.
