About the role
Pangolin Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in the Central Region. This full-time role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's daily operations and providing high-level administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other documents for the CEO's meetings and events

  • Provide general administrative support, such as file management, expense reporting, and coordinating with other teams

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required also managed some app.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, F&B company corporate environment

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools

  • Proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
