About the role
Pangolin Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in the Central Region. This full-time role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's daily operations and providing high-level administrative support.
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Prepare agendas, presentations, and other documents for the CEO's meetings and events
Provide general administrative support, such as file management, expense reporting, and coordinating with other teams
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required also managed some app.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, F&B company corporate environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools
Proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
