Job summary

A local consulting company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director's office. Your role involves managing the Director's calendar, overseeing diverse projects, and coordinating meetings, both local and overseas. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, has experience in corporate governance, and is willing to travel. This position offers a salary range of $3000 - $5000.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will function as the Personal Assistant (PA) to Director and form part of the Director’s Office, focusing in putting day-to-day business and personal aspects in priority, and being the image for the department.

Requirements
  • Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in corporate governance
  • Must be willing to travel to other locations to coordinate meetings (Local & Overseas)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) for various projects.
  • Balance the interests of the company's stakeholders, including shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government, and the community.
  • Manage Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, facilitating appointments, securing necessary equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for local, regional, and international meetings/presentations, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate records of materials and meeting minutes.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director, including coordinating the operations of the Director’s office.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
