Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Business Process Management.
  • Proven track record in leading major transformation projects.
  • Deep expertise in the Procure-to-Pay process.
  • Strong knowledge of finance controls, SFRS, and tax compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PTP process.
  • Establish standardized process designs and enforce governance.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs such as DPO and Touchless Invoice Processing Rate.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using technologies.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead change management strategies.

  • Establish standardized process designs and enforce governance, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs such as DPO, Touchless Invoice Processing Rate, and Spend Under Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives using technologies like RPA, AI, and process mining.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services, or Business Process Management.
  • Proven track record in leading major transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementation, shared service migration).
  • Deep expertise in the Procure-to-Pay process and strong knowledge of finance controls, SFRS, and tax compliance.
  • Certifications or experience in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and S2P suites (e.g., Zycus).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
