Job summary

HIDDEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated outlet supervisor in Singapore to manage daily operations, welcome players, and drive sales and customer experience. You will lead a team of part-timers, ensure smooth outlet running, and earn commission on outlet sales.

Responsibilities include guest briefings, cashiering, stock management, maintaining standards, and rosters. Minimum N-Level/NITEC and 1+ year in retail or related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or NITEC.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, F&B, attractions or customer service.
• Confident with numbers and comfortable using a POS system.
• Clear communication and natural ease with people.
• Hungry: you want the outlet to hit its numbers, and you don’t wait to be told what needs doing.

Responsibilities

• Guests and sales: Welcome and brief players, explain experiences and promotions, upsell when appropriate; handle questions, feedback, exchanges and refunds.
• Cashiering: Process payments on POS (cash, card, digital), issue receipts, handle returns, balance till at end of shift.
• Stock: Receive deliveries, check against invoices, display merchandise, run stock counts, flag low stock.
• Outlet standards: Keep the outlet clean, safe, well presented and ready for every group.
• Team leadership: Plan rosters for part-timers, cover gaps, and train briefs on service standards.
