You will plan marketing initiatives, engage customers to boost retention, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class service. The role requires 3–5 years in outlet management, strong leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outlet/store management experience in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail.
• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business results.
• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotions.
• Strong leadership to develop teams.
• Comfort with operational data and performance reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own outlet performance across revenue, profitability, and operations.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.
• Lead and train staff to maintain service quality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and monitor trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and policies.
• Maintain strong customer experience.
