Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficiency.

• Handle reservations and enquiries by phone.
• Greet guests and direct to designated room.
• Record orders and input into POS system.
• Provide basic technical support for karaoke/mic checks.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and neat appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
