Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outlet or store management in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail.
• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business results.
• Experience executing marketing or promotional initiatives at outlet level.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop teams.
• Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outlet performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve business results.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing aligned with HQ strategy.
• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotions.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff and develop teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity.
• Maintain outlet environment, safety, and customer experience.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and monitor trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
