Job summary

HIDDEN is a local creative studio delivering immersive experiences and real‑world games in Singapore. You will run an outlet day to day, welcome players, sell tickets and merchandise, and lead a small team of part‑timers, owning both customer experience and sales numbers with commission on outlet sales.

The role covers cashiering, stock management, and maintaining outlet standards. It requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, strong numeracy, and confident people skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in retail, F&B, attractions or customer service.
• Confident with numbers and comfortable using a POS system.
• Clear communication and natural ease with people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and brief players, explain experiences and promotions, and upsell when appropriate.
• Process payments on POS, issue receipts, handle returns and balance till shifts.
• Receive deliveries, check against invoices, display merchandise, and count stock.
• Keep outlet clean, safe, and well presented for every group.
• Plan part‑timer rosters, cover gaps, and train the team on service standards.

The role

You’ll run one of our outlets day to day. That means welcoming players, getting them into the game, selling tickets and merchandise, keeping the outlet running smoothly, and leading a team of part-timers. You own the customer experience and the sales numbers, and you earn commission on what your outlet sells.

What you’ll do

• Guests and sales: Welcome and brief players, explain our experiences and current promotions, and upsell where it fits. Handle questions, feedback, exchanges and refunds.
• Cashiering: Process payments on our POS (cash, card, digital), issue receipts, handle returns, and balance the till at the end of each shift.
• Stock: Receive deliveries, check them against invoices, keep merchandise displayed, run stock counts, and flag low stock.
• Outlet standards: Keep the outlet clean, safe, well presented and ready for every group.
• Team leadership: Plan part-timer rosters, cover gaps and last-minute changes, and train and brief the team on service standards.

Working hours

• 44 hours a week over 5 days.
• Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are fixed working days, plus two weekdays.
• Public holiday work is included and compensated in line with the Employment Act.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or NITEC.
• [1+ year] of experience in retail, F&B, attractions or customer service. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Confident with numbers and comfortable using a POS system.
• Clear communication and natural ease with people.
• Hungry: you want the outlet to hit its numbers, and you don’t wait to be told what needs doing.
• Humble: you take constructive feedback and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed.
• Smart with people: you can tell when a group needs help and when they want space.

What you get

• Basic salary of S$3,200 to $3,600 depending on experience
• Commission on sales made at your outlet
