Job summary

HIDDEN is seeking an energetic Experience Centre host in Singapore to welcome players, run daily operations, and drive sales for our immersive experiences at a busy outlet. You will supervise part-timers, merchandise flows, and ensure a smooth customer journey from entry to exit.

You’ll manage payments, refunds, and stock, while upholding high standards of service and outlet presentation. A strong customer-service mindset and numbers focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or NITEC.
• Experience in retail, F&B, attractions or customer service.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Confident with numbers and POS system.
• Clear communication and natural ease with people.
• Hungry: you want the outlet to hit its numbers.
• Humble: you take constructive feedback and get your hands dirty.
• Smart with people: you know when to help or give space.

Responsibilities

• Guests and sales: Welcome and brief players, explain experiences and promotions, upsell where appropriate; handle questions, feedback, exchanges and refunds.
• Cashiering: Process payments on POS, issue receipts, handle returns, balance till at end of shift.
• Stock: Receive deliveries, check invoices, display merchandise, run stock counts, flag low stock.
• Outlet standards: Keep outlet clean, safe, well presented and ready for every group.
• Team leadership: Plan part-timer rosters, cover gaps, train and brief on service standards.
