Job summary

MYT F&B HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned outlets in Singapore.

You will visit outlets, verify opening/closing, cleanliness, food quality, portioning, and service standards to maintain consistent guest experiences. The role includes conducting stock checks, wastage control, FIFO storage, staff grooming and deployment, and supporting leaders during peak periods while coaching junior staff on standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/outlet operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets regularly and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Check opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, food quality, portioning and service standards.
• Conduct spot checks on stock, wastage, expiry dates, FIFO and storage.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and recipes.
• Check staff grooming, punctuality, attendance and deployment.
• Support Outlet Leaders during peak periods and manpower shortages.
• Identify operational problems and rectify them immediately where possible.
• Escalate major issues to the Area Manager promptly.
• Coach Outlet Leaders and junior staff on operational standards.
• Check customer feedback and ensure complaints are followed up.
• Conduct outlet audit/checklists and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate unusual stock variance.
• Check equipment and maintenance issues and ensure they are reported/followed up.
• Support new staff training and onboarding.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to the Area Manager.
