Job description

Job Scope

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website which includes fulfilling customers’ orders; receiving, putting away, picking, sorting, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Unpacking, stock count, sorting and arranging of new stocks/restocks into inventory
• Processing of customer returns into inventory
• Updating all inflow/outflow of stock using our in-house inventory management barcode system
• Monitoring product quantities and making sure products are restocked regularly
• Assisting in any other administrative tasks
• Facilitating in daily operations affairs that involve logistics/inventory (e.g., liasing with courier, photoshoots, steaming of apparel)

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and fast learner
• Min N/O Level
• Basic Excel skills required
• Able to work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum commitment of 3 months; applicants who are able to commit for longer periods will be prioritized
• Able to start work immediately

Salary starting from $14 onwards are for candidates with at least A level qualifications only. Or if candidate is still attaining the cert, salary will be adjusted after attainment of the cert. Candidates with less than A level qualification would have offered pay adjusted accordingly.
