Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an organised Operations Analyst to join our PMO and operations team in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end resource lifecycles, support PMO data workflows, and track financials to improve delivery efficiency.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across platforms such as JIRA and Qlik. A Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant operational support, PMO, or resource management experience (financial institution or corporate banking preferred).
• Proficient in data and reporting platforms (PPM, JIRA, Qlik) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Operational Management: oversee end-to-end resource processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, headcount tracking) and act as system administrator for contingent worker profiles.
• PMO Data & Reporting: manage project portfolio data, track vendor/temporary/permanent contracts, and generate analytics across PPM, JIRA, and Qlik.
• Audit & Compliance Support: maintain records for org charts, budgets, and audit requests.
• Process Optimization: enhance onboarding/workflow processes and SOPs, maintain SharePoint docs.
• Facilities & Engagement Support: coordinate floor logistics, seating, and engagement events.
